Our company specializes in transformer sales, marketing, project execution, and service. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support both proposal development and project execution. This role offers strong exposure to a variety of projects and proposals, providing an excellent opportunity to grow industry knowledge and advance project management skills.
- Maintain databases, perform data entry, and manage daily communications
- Contract management, proposal preparation, and project execution
- Coordinate with engineering teams to develop and track technical documents, schedules and budgets
- Plan and oversee delivery, commissioning, and warranty service activities
- Assist business development efforts, including preparing marketing materials
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (Electrical Engineering preferred but not required), or equivalent project management experience
- Minimum 3 years of project management or related experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe tools
- PMP certification
- Experience with technical project management processes (scheduling, cost estimation, requirements definition, reporting)
- Experience in power transformer design or manufacturing
- Background in transmission & distribution (T&D) marketing or sales
- Familiarity with T&D equipment and industry practices
