This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones, budgets, and objectives. Responsibilities include managing project planning, scheduling, and execution, while working closely with cross-functional teams. The role requires proactive problem-solving, managing logistics, expediting processes, and inspecting work to maintain high standards. The Project Manager will also be pivotal in maintaining effective communication across stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and coordination of tasks and milestones
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timeliness in project deliverables
- Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure quality control and compliance with standards
- Skills in Logistics Management to oversee supply chain operations and optimize resource distribution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in energy, utilities, or related industries is a plus
