We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with a(n)

Operations Project Manager

. This role is responsible for leading the ReNu Technologies operations team in the field by safely and professionally serving our clients and filed teams in the field. Ensuring ReNu Operations teams exceed our clients' expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage fin fan cleaning campaigns

- Manage and train Supervisors on site

- Communicate with refinery operations and maintenance throughout campaigns

- Manage staffing requirements of FAS team

- Manage logistics of equipment needed on sites for successful campaigns

- Collect required data and relay to reporting team daily

- Provide site notes to ReNu manager and refinery POCs daily

- Observe teams on site to control quality of service, safety and company standards/policies are being followed at all times

- Provide real time training to all staff throughout campaigns

- Assist Supervisors through challenges while on campaigns

- Perform campaign onboarding meetings with Supervisors, Lead FAS and FAS employees

- Perform site walks to assess equipment health and performance with both current and prospective customers

- Provide direct feedback to Supervisors and conduct reviews scheduled by ReNu management

- Management of Foam Application Specialists (FAS) and FAS Leads

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

- 2-3 years of refinery experience

- Some management and/or leadership experience

- Or 1-2 years of RTI field support roles.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

- TWIC Card

- Valid Driver’s License

- Valid Passport

- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

Work will be executed in the field for campaigns and site-walks. On Occasion, there may be requirements for office and work from home assignments. Standard campaign shifts are 12–14-hour workdays, 7 days a week until the campaign is complete, and all demobilization and logistics are complete.

On campaigns you will be required to carry equipment (up to 50 pounds), climb stairs and ladders, and work in inclement weather.

PPE is required at all times while on the job site. This includes FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses.

ReNu Technologies office/administrative work can be done at a home office where ReNu will provide the needed office items to perform such work.

Travel Requirements This position may required 150+ overnights per year. Most travel will be to support project campaigns in the field and planning events.
