The Project Manager oversees the successful planning, execution, and completion of technical projects involving integrated hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. This role coordinates cross-functional teams and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet defined customer expectations. The Project Manager plays a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execute projects from award through completion, ensuring successful delivery and customer acceptance.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Establish and maintain detailed project schedules while coordinating all required project management systems.
- Develop detailed work plans identifying and sequencing all activities required to complete projects successfully.
- Define project tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor and manage project financial performance, including revenue, margins, bill rates, utilization, and overall profitability.
- Prepare and deliver project performance updates and data metrics throughout the lifecycle of the system.
- Prepare and share project evaluations and assessments of results upon completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong client relationships that foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Facilitate effective project meetings with both internal teams and customers.
- Ensure customer expectations and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and met.
- Successfully transition customers from project acceptance into aftermarket maintenance and support programs.
- Work closely with Sales to deliver lifecycle support and maintenance programs that ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

- Communicate project status regularly and coordinate troubleshooting efforts when issues arise.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across geographically dispersed teams.
- Identify and resolve critical issues in a time-sensitive, customer-focused environment.
- Recognize and acknowledge the contributions of team members to support strong project team performance.
- Develop a strong understanding of industry applications and their relationship to analyzers and data outputs delivered to customers.
- Continuously learn and understand the technical aspects of JP3 technologies and data services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business with significant experience managing technical projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing project engineering or project management role within a technical industry.
- Experience managing complex, technical projects involving hardware, software, or data systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability and willingness to learn the technical aspects of JP3 technologies and data services.
- Demonstrated success managing technical projects within the energy industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to support customer engagement and face-to-face meetings when necessary.
