The Project Administrator role reports to The Operations Manager.
This role is key to ensuring the seamless coordination of project activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting clear communication across teams and clients. By managing schedules, tracking progress, and safeguarding data integrity, the Project Administrator enables project managers to focus on strategic leadership while keeping operations efficient, compliant, and on track for success.
· Preparing updates, distributing reports, and ensuring customers receive timely information.
· Assisting with project initiation, monitoring, and closure.
· Being able to multi-task and deal with changing priorities are a key part of the role.
· Your duties include reviewing the processes and finding ways to improve efficiency and productivity. You also gather information and analyze data to identify areas where the business can improve.
· Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, resolving issues.
· Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions.
· Additional tasks include but not limited to creating shipping labels, filing, answering phone calls, issuing uniform, other administration actions as required
· Two to three years of direct work experience within an office environment.
· Knowledge of all Management System Policies and Objectives
· Computer literate with strong excel, word, and outlook skills.
· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
· Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
· High level of integrity and work ethic.
