We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our team.

Summary

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at Bluestar Engineering Ltd. This role is essential in supporting project management activities and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The Project Administrator will play a key role in bridging the gap between project conception and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide full administrative support in the completion of project deliverables, and to meet Bluestar Management and client expectations.

- Prepare purchase orders, change orders, and bid evaluations.

- Track project procurement status.

- Process vendor invoices according to client systems.

- Provide support in the completion of project deliverables.

- Additional project tracking, such as schedules and cost estimates.

- Making project/construction binders.

- Preparing RFQ packages.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant field.

- 2-4 years of related experience. Oil and gas experience considered an asset.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel)

- Experience with various administrative and project management software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Motivated, self-starter with exceptional prioritization and organization skills.

- Ability to adjust to change and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

- Friendly, personable and able to work in a team environment.

- Desire to learn and develop professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
