Production Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced factory environment, supporting assembly lines, operating various tools and equipment, and ensuring the smooth production of quality products. The ideal candidate will have factory or warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including assembly lines and hand tools

- Assist with the assembly of products using mechanical knowledge and power tools

- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products during production

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency

- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times

- Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines

Requirements

- Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred, especially within a manufacturing facility

- Mechanical knowledge and experience with assembly line operations

- Experience with Calipers/Micrometers

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina for standing and lifting during long shifts

- Prior experience with warehouse operations or manufacturing is a plus

- Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings as per company policies
