Job Description

Houston Manufacturing Specialty Co., Inc. is currently hiring Production Associates to support our growing manufacturing team in Columbus, Ohio.

This role involves assisting with basic production tasks, product preparation, and packaging in a clean and organized work environment. The position is suitable for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

- Prepare finished products for shipment

- Perform basic quality checks on products

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow company safety and operational guidelines

- Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

- Education: Secondary School or equivalent

- Ability to stand and move during shifts

- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs when required

- Basic communication and teamwork skills

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
