What You’ll Do:

As a member of our shop team, you'll play a key role in our metal manufacturing process. Your day will be fast-paced and varied—no two days are the same. You'll get hands-on experience with roll-forming panels, bending trim, cutting metal, loading and unloading customer orders, maintaining equipment, and keeping the shop in top shape. At Epic Steel, we believe in the motto “Measure twice, cut once,” so we’re looking for someone who values quality and precision. Your contributions will help ensure that we continue to provide our customers with the best products, delivered on time and with care.

What We’re Looking For:

- Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to tackle the day with a positive attitude.

- Strong Math Skills: You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of accurate measurements.

- Team Player: You communicate effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

- Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable lifting 40+ lbs and staying active throughout your shift.

- Comfort with Machinery: You’re willing to work with heavy machinery and are open to receiving certifications as needed.

- Bonus Points for:

- Forklift experience and certification.

- Background in construction, metal roofing, siding, or reading building plans.

- Manufacturing experience.

- Competitive Pay: Starting at $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
