Production Associate

Our Blue Spruce Toolworks division has an immediate opening for an Production Associate (Assembler/Shipper/Machine Operator). This is a hybrid position that includes product assembly, order fulfillment, shipping, and machine operation. The ideal candidate is a fast worker with strong problem-solving skills, dedication to quality and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Assembly & Production

- Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery

- Inspect completed parts for accuracy and defects

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

- Generate shipping labels and maintain accurate shipping logs

- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

- Manage inventory of packing materials and finished goods

Machine Operation

- Operate, and monitor production machines as needed

- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

- Ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently

- Report equipment issues to management promptly

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping roles preferred

- Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

- Fast, efficient worker with strong organizational skills

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

- Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet most of the day.

- Dedicated, reliable, and punctual

- Works well independently and as part of a small team

- Takes pride in craftsmanship and accuracy

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
