What You’ll Do

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Negotiating and managing claims with insurance companies

- Pulling permits and handling all municipal requirements

- Scheduling payroll and managing crew/subcontractor time

- Communicating with subcontractors, distributors, and vendors

- Processing payments to subs and suppliers

- Creating accurate job quotes and estimates

- Supporting the owner and field teams with day-to-day operations

- Keeping projects organized and on track from start to finish

This is a highly visible role where your work directly impacts our growth and success.

What We’re Looking For

- Construction industry experience is REQUIRED (restoration, general contracting, roofing, or insurance repair experience is a big plus)

- Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and Xactimate is highly preferred

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
