JS West has an exciting and inviting opportunity for an Office Manager based in our Selma region that can thrive in a fast paced- high pressure work environment. Reporting directly to the District Manager, in this position you will be responsible for running the daily administrative duties of the propane office and supervising office staff. Our ideal candidate will have a team player attitude and accounting experience.

· Phone skills that are courteous, friendly, and professional
· Computer literacy with a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Time management- can balance work to meet deadlines and can work in sometime hectic situations
· Ability to delegate and train additional office staff
