Job Description
Reporting into the General Manager, the Office Manager, with accounting experience, will oversee the general administrative functions of our office and ensure the smooth operation of our onsite administrative and financial team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent management skills.
Responsibilities:
- You will managed day-to-day office operations and procedures.
- You will maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- You will oversee the preparation of financial reports
- You will manage accounts payable and receivable.
- You will ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- You will manage internal controls.
- You will supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Other assigned duties
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Office or Operations Manager
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
