Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in office management. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and coordinating various office functions to support our team effectively.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage schedules, including calendar management and appointment setting
- Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Handle vendor management, ensuring timely procurement of supplies and services
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records using QuickBooks
- Develop and manage budgets to align with organizational goals
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions
- Implement human resources practices, including recruitment and employee development
- Maintain filing systems and manage clerical tasks to support office efficiency
- Provide front desk support, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with event planning and coordination is preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is a plus
- Background in human resources practices, including payroll management
- Ability to manage budgets efficiently while ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Experience in medical office management is advantageous but not required
- Proficient in team management with a focus on training & development initiatives
- Knowledge of filing systems and clerical duties essential for maintaining office order
