With a focus on providing insulation solutions, SPECIALTY INSULATION NW LLC serves various clients across residential and commercial projects, including new builds and retrofit work, ensuring high-quality services and energy efficiency.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Arlington, WA. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative assistance, operating office equipment, and ensuring efficient office administration. Additional daily tasks include overseeing customer service and maintaining effective communication within the office.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration

- Familiarity with operating Office Equipment

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus

- MUST be proficient with QuickBooks

- Insulation and Construction experience is a plus
