Are you highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working independently? We’re looking for a dependable Office Manager to run the day-to-day administrative operations at our Ruckersville office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a variety of tasks, from customer interaction to administrative support and light bookkeeping. Our headquarters in Fredericksburg currently handles all core systems and processes—you’ll be the key point person at our satellite location.
· Answer incoming calls, qualify potential leads, and schedule quote appointments
· Enter and maintain prospect information accurately in Salesforce and calendars
· Confirm appointments and prepare lead packets for the sales team
· Assemble job packets and ensure production team has necessary documentation
· Enter vendor bills for approval and payment
· Coordinate with headquarters as needed for accounting and reporting
· 3+ years of office administration experience (construction industry preferred)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a quiet office setting
· Basic understanding of bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar experience a plus)
· Support from a well-established, process-driven headquarters team
