We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Duties
•Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents
•Support office management
•Support bookkeeper - customer invoicing, proposals, & collections
•Answering phones in professional manner
•Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in documents
•Occasional delivery & pick-up duties
•Miscellaneous office duties as needed
Skills
•Mature & serious attitude
•Must be proficient with computers - WORD, ACCESS, QB, ADOBE
•Strong organizational skills
•Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
•Prior technical office experience is a plus
