Responsibilities
•Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence.

•Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
•Maintain organized records and ensure the office environment is tidy and efficient.
•Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
•Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
•Support office management tasks to improve workflow and efficiency.
•Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Requirements
•Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
•Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Excel).
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
•Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
•Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
