· Organize service calls and prepare routes in a geographical organized manner to assure that all customer commitments are met
· Schedule, notify, and monitor HVAC technicians of work order assignments according to customer service requests or needs
· Communicate with customers, vendor suppliers, staff members, supervising personnel, and other in order to schedule, address questions, problems, and complete AC service requests in a cordial and professional manner
· Receiving check-in calls from the service technicians in order to maintain customer repair records, details of work or services performed, charges to customers or insurance, obtain insurance authorization, and other dispatch information, as needed
· Geographical knowledge of Miami-Dade area or map reading skills
· Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
· Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, problem solving, and organizational
Patience and endurance to sit/stand behind a desk all day
Able to identify and handle the urgency of each task, and work in a high-stress position
· Proficient with Microsoft outlook, excel and word
· Paid five (5-days) vacation a year, after one-year employment
· Paid three (3-days) sick time a year, after one-year employment
