· Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, deliver messages, follow up as assigned
· Create and send change orders to clients as needed
· Communicate with office and field staff as needed
· Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
· Adjust budget vs. Actual spreadsheets to stay on track of project budget
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and using software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
