Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
•Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
•Answer and direct phone calls
•Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
•Manage incoming customers
•Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
•Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently.
•Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
•Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
