We are looking for a team player who is hard working, motivated, willing to learn, and able to communicate and multitask. Someone with great customer service skills to provide prompt, professional, and helpful service to our customers. Services include setting up accounts, scheduling services, taking payments and answering questions about services and accounts that customers may have. Most of the customer interactions will be via phone but some will be in person. During the down time you may be asked to assist in other aspects of the company. There is room to grow with our company as we operate multiple companies out of one office. Starting pay is 18-22 DOE, after a 90-day training/probationary period your performance will be evaluated and a rate of pay reviewed and adjusted based on performance.
Your day to day will entail answering the phones and assisting customers with new account set ups, scheduling services for same day or future deliveries, taking payments, answering questions about services, and transferring calls to other departments within the office as needed. Keeping accurate records of all incoming and outgoing calls and double check accuracy of work completed. When there is down time, you may be asked to assist in other areas of the office.
Answer phones and handle and direct calls appropriately with professionalism.
Ensure accuracy and completion of data entry and services scheduled.
Experience is preferred however we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
Experience preferred is customer service, basic computer knowledge, fast and accurate typing skills, multi-line phone system, fax machine, scanner, and copier. Experience with QuickBooks a bonus!
