Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. This role involves managing front desk operations, data entry, and maintaining organized files to ensure smooth office functionality.
Responsibilities
•Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
•Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
•Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure easy access to information.
•Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
•Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
•Support administrative functions by preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
•Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
•Experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.
•Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role is required.
•Must have reliable vehicle & driver's license
