- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth

- Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document proofreading to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Assist with calendar management, appointment setting, and coordinating meetings for staff members
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally across various channels
- Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and functional
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
