We are looking for a punctual and dependable person with a strong attention to detail who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Must be flexible and willing to learn new things as needed. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

What You’ll Do

- Provide an excellent first impression through customer interactions, including managing incoming and outgoing calls.

- Scheduling service work and appointments, and handling email communications.

- Contact leads provided by Generac, Home Depot, Lowe’s and Costco to get them scheduled for a quote.

- Perform regular follow up calls & emails to assist customers with any questions they may have regarding their quotes.

- Utilize internal software, including client relationship management (CRM) systems, and be open to learning new programs.

- Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow-ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction.

- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 2+ years of experience in customer service.

- Knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades is a plus.

- Computer proficiency to coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet management, and client relationship management (CRM) software.
