- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, estimates, and job timelines
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
- Process invoices, payments, and track job progress
- Maintain organized records and update customer accounts
- Support the team with day-to-day office operations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
