Frank Galbraith & Son Excavation and Demolition is a family-owned and operated business for 35 years looking for an office administrator assistant in Scotch Plains, NJ.

The position will involve diversified administrative duties assisting the Administrative and Financial Department, as well as assisting all other departments as needed.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Candidates must possess:
•Have 2 plus years with quickbooks
•Assist manager with admin tasks
•The ideal candidate must have excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to work on multiple projects with little supervision.
•The individual must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, and be adaptable to new programs and tasks.
•Must have experience in Admin roles and working with other office staff.
•Prior expirence in construction industry a plus but not required
•must have an understnading on how to fill permits
•Obtain material pricing for estimates
•Set up material pick ups and deliveries
•Fill out permit applications
•Call in utility mark outs
•Pivot with unexpected changes on the jobs to allow the job to continue without delay
•keep all company license and certificates up to date
