We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include answering phones, greeting customers, and computer work. The ideal candidate will be friendly, team-oriented, and a quick learner. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
•Coordinate communication between the office and the shop workers.
•Answer the phone and greet walk-in customers.
•Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) with suppliers and customers.
•Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
•Create waivers for builders and ensure they are delivered on time.
•Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Skills
•Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
•Familiarity with office management procedures.
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
•High school diploma; BS/BA is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
