About This Job

•

Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

•

Greet visitors and manage front-desk responsibilities

•

Maintain office filing systems, databases, and records (digital and paper)

•

Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment

•

Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for staff

•

Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence

•

Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks

•

Support HR and management with employee documentation or onboarding tasks

•

Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming
