Established electrical contractor is seeking a full time Office Administrator for immediate hire. Candidates must be experienced with typical day-to-day office tasks including Excel spreadsheets. Pay will be based or the candidates experience in other specialized tasks such accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, accounting programs, and human resources.
- Proficient in accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management practices
- Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in payroll and human resources is a plus.
