Locally owned and operated Plumbing and HVAC company in Newington, CT is offering a full-time Office Administration position for career minded professionals. Applicants should have a minimum of two years business experience, excellent communication skills, be able to resolve customer service issues, be comfortable on the phone, and computer literate. Candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Excel and AI.
The Office Administrator will work closely with the service manage and owner of the company.
Candidate will be responsible for the upward development of our Customer Service division including:
*Able to identify areas of concern and effectively communicate with department personnel.
*Ensures company goals are attained by implementing and maintaining sound team protocol.
*Works closely with dispatching to assure company targets are efficiently met.
