Job Summary
The Office Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our solar projects and the satisfaction of our customers. This position involves a mix of administrative tasks, technical responsibilities, and customer service duties, including answering phones, creating plot plans, submitting interconnection agreements, and routing customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative and Technical Tasks
•Create Plot Plans: Create accurate plot plans for solar installations.
•Submit Interconnection Agreements: Prepare and submit interconnection agreements to utility companies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
•Permitting and Documentation: Obtain permits and other necessary documentation for solar projects.
•Project Coordination: Work closely with the General Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
2. Customer Service
•Answer Phones: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
•Route Customer Questions: Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team members (e.g., sales, or service).
•Post-Installation Support: Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
•Maintain CRM: Update customer information and project details in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
3. Team Collaboration
•Support Sales Team: Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and other customer-facing documents.
•Coordinate with Installers: Communicate project details and timelines to the installation team.
•Provide Feedback: Share customer feedback with the Leadership Team to improve products and services.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
•2+ years of experience in project administration, customer service, or a similar role.
•Experience in the renewable energy or construction industry is a plus but not required.
Skills and Abilities
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
•Salary based on experience staring between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
