DFA Contracting Ltd. specializes in Facility Decommissioning and Reclamation, Pipeline Abandonments and Discontinuations and Facility Construction and Maintenance. We are seeking a friendly, organized and motivated administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: HR duties such as onboarding new employees and handling new employee paperwork, Payroll, Field Ticket Data Entry, Invoicing, Reception Duties, Providing support to office and field staff, Handling incoming calls and greeting clients, directing them to the appropriate team member.
Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience working in an office environment, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent communication skills, A friendly and approachable attitude, Proficient in Microsoft office (Open Invoice, Jobutrax, Workhub experience would be a plus), Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively and independently.
