We are a two year old company that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing daily administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
•Manage CRM and callbacks to leads.
•Write proposals and quotes to customers.
•Help to grow our company's presence online and offline.
•Create and manage company workers schedules.
•Help manage online marketing.
Experience
•Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong emphasis on organizational skills.
•Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
•Proficiency in Jobber CRM and QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
