Description Position Summary
The Land Administrator will organize and maintain the PWS land system and contract records, as well as analyzing and interpreting documents for PWS land operations. This individual will also have responsibilities related to land budgeting, tracking of documents, routing internal AFE’s and invoices, as well as assisting with communications between land and stakeholder’s including landowners and vendors. Salary commensurate with experience. This positions is located in Houston, Texas, and reports to the VP of Land.

Essential Job Duties
- Manage and maintain PWS Quorum based land system and ensure that all relevant historical contracts, and documents are uploaded and accessible in the system to accurately reflect the company’s assets, as well as continually update the land system as new contracts are entered into or documents provided.
- Track lease and agreement expiration dates and coordinate timely renewals.
- Assist with amendments, extensions, and terminations of land agreements.
- Ensure all lease documentation is complete and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
- Record executed agreements and related documents into the Online Document Library (ODL).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date land records and ensure proper document indexing.
- Support audits by retrieving and verifying land documentation as needed.
- Prepare and submit landowner statements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to landowner inquiries regarding payments, agreements, and lease terms.
- Organize and oversee the implementation of PWS internal land file database.
- Provide the land team monthly with obligation calendars to ensure that no obligation dates are missed, including follow-ups with the team and management.
- Support all acquisition, due diligence efforts.
- Assist the land team with administrative functions, correspondence preparation, check requests, agency form transmittals, etc.
- Serve as a liaison between land and other internal departments, as well as respond to various internal inquiries as needed.
- Assist with landowner and vendor inquiries and communication.
- Prepare presentations and reports for specific data requests.
- Receive, distribute, and file (hard copy and electronic) all documents for the department to include documentation for ongoing projects and properties under due diligence.
- Abides by Company policy in accurate time tracking, and adheres to provided schedule, subject to change with business needs.
- Complies with all safety and Company policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Upstream or midstream experience
- Quorum systems or comparable experience
- Proficient in system management and integrations
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills for multiple priorities.
- Customer service skills with the ability to work with a variety of work styles
- Will do team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of organization
- Proactive problem solver with strong critical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Proficiency with Enverus (Drilling Info), and associated applications.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment where change is constant
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative
- Professional, tactful, and discrete when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Must exercise initiative and achieve objectives
- Able to travel as needed; Travel limited.
- 3 years of experience in Lease Analyst, Division Order, Land Administration, Land Tech.
- Experience start-up, small or mid-cap oil and gas company
- SWD experience
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Required to speak frequently.
- Requires fine manipulation by hand for typing purposes
