Land Coordinator

The Land Coordinator provides administrative and technical support to the Land Team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of land operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

- Prepare and assist with various contracts and oil and gas agreements.

- Draft complex and routine correspondence for review and signature.

- Generate reports from Quorum and other land management systems.

- Conduct surface and or mineral land ownership research using internal and external digital resources.

- Support technical analysis of oil and gas contracts and related agreements.

- Track and monitor internal documents, workflows, and processes.

- Provide land-related information critical to property development.

- Collaborate across multiple disciplines, including Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology, Facilities, and Operations.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of industry experience in land or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and escalate when necessary.

- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate potential challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

- In-house experience with a Permian Operator
