Land Maintenance Manager

Danos Expectation:

The Land / Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and performance of properties owned by the company. This role oversees day-to-day operations and long-term property planning to ensure assets are well-maintained, financially sound, and aligned with ownership objectives.

Responsibilities:

Property Management & Operations

- Manage daily operations of owned properties, including commercial, residential, industrial, or undeveloped land

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are met

- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital improvement projects

- Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations
