Headquartered in Lethbridge, Alberta, we have since grown into an 110,000 square foot, modern, production foundry managed on a 7-acre expanse in Lethbridge’s industrial park.

Outside Sales Representative – Lethbridge Iron Works

Reports to: Business Development Manager Location: Lethbridge, AB, Canada

What You’ll Do

- Prospect and develop new accounts in target industries across North America.

- Execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.

- Conduct on-site visits, plant tours, and client meetings to understand needs.

- Identify problems and help develop cast-iron solutions for manufacturers.

- Represent Lethbridge Iron Works at trade shows and industry events.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Act as the liaison between the foundry and the customer.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors.

- Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business.

- Outstanding relationship-building skills: you connect, engage, and influence.

- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

- Comfortable discussing manufacturing processes and interpreting drawings.

- Degree/diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Canada and U.S.

- Someone personable with strong communication and presentation skills.

- Competent with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office (required).

- Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license (required)

- Hold a valid passport (required)

- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
