We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on developing new business, maintaining existing accounts, and being the face of our company in the field.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and enthusiastic about building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships within assigned territory - within a 2.5 radius of Florence, AL.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular in-person visits
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Track sales activity and manage pipeline using CRM tools
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments- 2+ years of outside sales experience (industry experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
