We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to support and grow our DFW market.
This is a highly customer-facing position for someone who enjoys building relationships, being out in the field, and becoming a trusted resource for customers. Industry experience is helpful but not required. We’re far more interested in someone with strong people skills, curiosity, and the drive to learn a technical product and represent it well.
- Build and maintain relationships with glazing contractors, architects, and industry partners
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of a project
- Provide pricing, project support, and technical information to customers and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Communicate market feedback, opportunities, and customer needs with accuracy and urgency
- Manage activity and opportunities using internal systems
- Travel locally within the DFW market to customer sites, job sites, and industry events
- You have customer-facing experience in sales, account management, or a relationship-driven role
- You’re confident communicating with a wide range of customers and decision-makers
- You’re organized, reliable, and take ownership of your territory
- You enjoy learning and aren’t intimidated by technical products
- You bring a positive attitude and personality that fits a close-knit, hardworking team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Outside sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
