About the Role:

UPS Industrial Services is seeking a

to support compliance, safety performance, and operational excellence across nationwide operations. This role manages third-party compliance systems, training records, OSHA logs, and safety audits while providing critical administrative support to the HSE team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update HSE compliance systems (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, Safety Councils).

- Track training, certifications, operator qualifications, and renewals.

- Manage OSHA logs, audits, corrective action tracking, and compliance reporting.

- Prepare safety metrics, reports, and documentation for regulatory and client reviews.

- Support field and office operations with HSE policy and procedure administration.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- 3–5 years of experience in HSE administration, compliance, or a related role.

- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety platforms (ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe).

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to travel up to 35% to field sites as needed.
