Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Production Control Coordinator to support our manufacturing and assembly operations. This role plays a key part in keeping production on track by coordinating documentation, tracking parts, and maintaining accurate data in our MRP system. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment and is comfortable working across departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Print, review, and reference sales orders, pick lists, and blueprints to support assembly operations

- Track parts through the assembly process and assist with timely installation

- Physically move parts and materials to designated locations as needed

- Coordinate with manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve production reporting discrepancies

- Enter and maintain accurate assembly and production data in the MRP system

- Ensure assembly data aligns with sales order backlog and production status

- Communicate clearly and timely regarding reports, documentation, and updates

- Support additional projects as assigned by the Assembly Control Manager

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

- Experience with MRP or ERP systems in an industrial environment

- Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

- Spanish speaking skills strongly preferred

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Familiarity with industrial equipment manufacturing and assembly processes

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

- Understanding of material gauges and basic shop math

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
