TITLE:

Invoice Compliance Representative

LOCATION:

Houston, TX

POSITION REPORTS TO

: Invoice Compliance Manager

SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime and occasional weekends may be required.

WAGES:

Commensurate with experience and skills

Responsibilities

- Ensure customer needs and expectations are met

- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets

- Communicate with customers

- Manage a group e-mail box

- Ability to meet daily, weekly, and month end deadlines

- Exhibit good customer service etiquette skills when conferring with customers and staff

- Other tasks and special projects as assigned by manager

Basic Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment

- Must be local (live within 60 miles)

- Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook programs

- Intermediate mathematical skills

- Ability to operate 10 key by touch accurately

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Professional telephone etiquette

- Excellent communication skills

- Good organizational skills

- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

- Ability to communicate clearly and informatively

- Ability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment

- Attitude that supports the company’s goals and values

- Ability to work well with others in a team environment

- Ability to work well under pressure in meeting deadlines

Preferred

- Experience in a similar role, with similar responsibilities

- Experience in the transportation industry

- SAP Experience
