Overview:
Assist the Governance arm of the Procurement department with quality assurance and compliance activities to improve contract data accuracy and reduce manual processes.
- Validate data and transition to new systems.
- Support weekly and monthly data compliance tasks.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- High focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to use complex formulas.
- Ability to suggest process improvements based on experience.
- Strong teamwork, dependability, and punctuality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other office tools.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
