We’re seeking an experienced HRIS Manager
to lead and optimize our Human Resources Information Systems, with a focus on
UKG Proand
UKG Workforce Management (WFM). This role supports a diverse workforce of ~5,000 employees and plays a key part in HR strategy, compliance, and system administration.
- Drive HRIS strategy and governance for UKG Pro and WFM.
- Administer UKG Pro modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Reporting).
- Configure and maintain WFM for timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to improve processes and resolve complex issues.
- Manage system integrations, upgrades, and vendor relationships.

HRIS experience;
5+ yearsUKG Pro;
3+ yearsUKG WFM.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and labor compliance.
- Experience with union and non-union workforce configurations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: UKG certifications, Hawaii labor law experience, and large hourly workforce support.
