We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner closely with management on employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives. This role will play a key part in maintaining HR best practices while supporting a growing and dynamic organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Assist with performance management processes, including reviews, documentation, and employee development tracking
- Coordinate benefits administration and act as liaison with payroll and benefits providers
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with HR audits, reports, and documentation
- Support employee relations matters and investigations as needed
- Assist with updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience (or similar HR role)- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Mandarin Chinese strongly Recommanded
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
- Experience working with international or cross-functional teams is a plus
