We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support all aspects of our HR function. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role will play a key part in delivering day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, performance management support, employee engagement initiatives, and employee relations. - Support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Respond to benefit-related inquiries and support annual open enrollment.
- Maintain HR compliance across multiple states, including adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities.
- Provide support for employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting concerns, and escalating as appropriate.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with maintaining HR metrics and analytics.
- Coordinate training sessions, compliance courses, and professional development activities.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers by responding to HR-related questions and providing guidance.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of HR or administrative experience preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with ADP preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
