The Laborer plays a foundational role in Hurricane Fence Company’s field operations. This position exists to ensure that every installation crew has the physical, logistical, and operational support needed to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Laborers prepare job sites, manage materials, and assist installers with core construction tasks that directly impact daily production, customer satisfaction, and overall job quality. This role serves as the entry point into the field operations career path, providing opportunities to learn installation techniques, develop trade skills, and grow into more advanced field positions.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with site preparation, digging post holes, mixing concrete, and setting posts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Support fence installers to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company safety policies and report hazards immediately.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and motivated to learn the trade.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mindset.
