Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and energetic General Laborers to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks in our facility. Your efforts will help ensure smooth production processes, maintain safety standards, and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing and fabrication environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop mechanical skills and gain metal fabrication experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Assist with cutting, grinding, and assembling metal components

- Safety handle materials

- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment

- Support welders and fabricators as needed

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Travel to job sites for installation and project support

- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

- Ability to lift 30+ lbs. and perform physical labor

- Willingness to travel

- Basic knowledge of hand tools (metalworking experience is a plus)

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Valid driver’s license preferred

- Ability to work in various environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in metal fabrication or construction

- Familiarity with welding, cutting, or shop equipment
