General Laborer

Job Description

This position will provide support and assistance with various tasks. Primarily transporting materials, cleaning, and organizing.

Job Responsibilities

- Transport products and materials to different areas of the warehouse.

- Accurately place part identification on finished goods.

- Detect and identify out-of-tolerance production.

- Identify abnormal operating conditions and notify maintenance.

- Produce all parts within the company library

- Follow all Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.

- Fulfill Work Orders.

- May require training and operation of a manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts.

- Responsible for conducting routine physical inventory counts.

- Keep work areas clean.

- Picks inventory to assemble orders.

Qualifications

- MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test

- Must have prior experience working in manufacturing

- Must be able to read a measuring tape

- 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills

- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lbs

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms

Work Schedule:

First shift, Monday -Friday

MUST be able to work overtime as required.
